About the role
Join our Enterprise team to lead the deployment of our AI operating system for healthcare. You will manage high-stakes implementations for strategic clients, ensuring they achieve rapid value while overseeing a team of specialists.

What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of activation projects from initial kickoff through to steady-state operations.
- Create and refine standardized implementation frameworks and best practices.
- Build detailed project roadmaps that align with client goals and schedules.
- Lead coordination efforts between client IT, clinical teams, and administrative leadership.
- Tailor our platform configurations to fit specific organizational workflows.
- Develop custom operational dashboards and tools using Retool.
- Build and manage analytics workflows and data pipelines to track deployment progress.
- Write SQL queries to evaluate client adoption and usage trends.
- Conduct training sessions for providers, administrative staff, and end users.
- Define and monitor KPIs to verify the success of each implementation.
- Automate reporting processes to provide visibility into project status.
- Maintain executive-level relationships to ensure high satisfaction throughout the activation phase.
- Document processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to address technical blockers.
- Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing across the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in healthcare technology or SaaS environments.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Looker.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex enterprise implementations at once.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale change and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to travel between 25% and 50% of the time for on-site client work.
Nice to have
- Master degree in a relevant technical or healthcare discipline.
- Direct experience with healthcare AI or machine learning.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and EHR systems, particularly Epic.
- Proficiency with low-code tools like Retool.
- Ability to write or interpret JavaScript and SQL for implementation customization.
- Professional background in medical scribing or clinical documentation.
