About the role
Join Commure as an Enterprise Account Executive, focusing on strategic revenue growth in Texas. You will manage a sales territory, driving large deals for our enterprise visibility solutions. This role is for a relationship builder and deal-maker who can accelerate our mission within the enterprise team.

What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing contracts.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide customized, consultative solutions that meet client needs and achieve business results.
- Accurately track customer information, manage deals, and forecast sales using Salesforce.
- Close large deals, typically over $1M, and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
- Generate new business through existing connections, personal initiatives, inbound leads, industry events, and strategic renewals and upsells.
- Develop winning strategies, engage key stakeholders, define solution requirements, and negotiate contracts.
- Drive revenue growth in current accounts by meeting client performance metrics and expanding into new solutions.
- Identify, prioritize, and qualify key buying influences, guiding them through the sales process.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders, staying informed on new product developments.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience selling to large healthcare systems.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives (CNOs, CIOs, CTOs) and high-level operational leaders (VPs, Directors).
- Proven ability to build pipelines and manage complex sales cycles.
- Expertise in presenting and discussing solutions with key decision-makers.
- High energy and urgency, with a strong belief in the company's mission.
- Understanding of early-stage company dynamics and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce for forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting.
- Exceptional consultative sales skills, including defining customer needs, qualifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and articulating business outcomes.
