About the role
This role involves leading the successful deployment and adoption of Commure's product suite for enterprise healthcare clients. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process, quick value realization, and manage key client relationships. This position also includes guiding a team of implementation specialists.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead activation projects for new strategic clients from initial kickoff through go-live and ongoing support.
- Establish and standardize implementation methods and best practices across the company.
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans that align with client goals and timelines.
- Coordinate various teams, including IT, clinical staff, and administrative personnel, during implementations.
- Configure and tailor Commure solutions to meet specific client needs and workflows.
- Create custom operational tools and dashboards using Retool to support implementations and track metrics.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows to monitor implementation progress.
- Write SQL queries and scripts to analyze client usage patterns and adoption.
- Design and deliver training programs for different user groups, such as providers, staff, and administrators.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure implementation success.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to track implementation progress and success metrics.
- Manage and cultivate C-level relationships during the activation phase to ensure high satisfaction and adoption.
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, best practices, and process improvements.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues during implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes based on metrics and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SaaS technology, healthcare technology, or a similar role.
- Technical aptitude with basic data analysis skills, including SQL, and experience with data visualization tools.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple strategic implementations concurrently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when interacting with stakeholders.
- Experience with change management and engaging stakeholders at an enterprise level.
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% for on-site client engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML technologies in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems, particularly Epic.
- Experience with low-code platforms, with a preference for Retool, for creating operational dashboards and tools.
- Ability to write and understand basic JavaScript/SQL for customizing implementations.
- Background in clinical documentation or medical scribing.
