About the role
Collibra is seeking a service-oriented professional to manage daily operations at our Raleigh office while assisting with global employee onboarding initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for local staff and visitors, ensuring the office environment remains functional and welcoming. This hybrid position requires a blend of facility management, event coordination, and administrative support to foster a productive company culture.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee daily office functions in Raleigh, including mail, supplies, food services, and visitor management.
- Act as the primary liaison for building management and local staff needs.
- Manage service tickets globally to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, leadership meetings, and team gatherings.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including scheduling, virtual session facilitation, and onsite event execution.
- Monitor vendor performance and local budgets in coordination with the Procurement department.
- Drive AI-related workplace initiatives and maintain data-driven performance metrics.
- Ensure the office meets all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support organizational sustainability and inclusion goals.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in workplace operations or employee experience, with preference for office site lead backgrounds.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work from the Raleigh office 4 days per week.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and event logistics in a hybrid or distributed team setting.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot to improve workflows.

Practical notes
- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
