About the role

Collibra is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Product and Engineering Operations team. You will oversee the delivery of business-critical initiatives while refining operational processes across our global engineering organization.

What you'll do

• Manage complex business programs requiring high functional integration and change management.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of programs from initiation through delivery while ensuring compliance with SDLC standards.
• Collaborate with release management and New Product Introduction (NPI) stakeholders to refine go-to-market workflows.
• Create and monitor agile and program delivery metrics to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Provide status updates on project and portfolio health to senior and executive leadership.
• Identify and escalate risks or blockers that threaten business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing engineering initiatives within a SaaS environment.
• Background working in matrixed, multinational organizations with diverse stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical requirements for business stakeholders and align teams toward shared goals.
• Experience influencing and negotiating results across teams, including those outside of direct reporting lines.
