GRC Specialist

About the role

Collibra is hiring a GRC Specialist to improve our compliance and audit processes through technical automation. You will work within our GRC team to replace manual tasks with AI-driven workflows and continuous monitoring systems.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy AI agent workflows, including multi-step Claude processes and Workato recipes, to reduce manual GRC workload.
• Build continuous control monitoring pipelines to move from periodic sampling to real-time audit readiness.
• Manage the technical integration of new cloud environments into our control framework starting in Q3.
• Implement automated governance and monitoring for our AI portfolio, including AIUC-1.
• Partner with Internal Audit to translate manual compliance requirements into automated, repeatable logic.
• Design automated reporting for key risk and performance indicators for management.
• Oversee daily operations of GRC platforms, specifically Optro.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT internal audit, technical compliance, or GRC, preferably at an enterprise SaaS company.
• Proven ability to build automations using tools like Workato, Claude, or native GRC engines.
• Hands-on experience auditing or reviewing cloud infrastructure, IAM, and logging.
• Knowledge of security frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST AI, and SOC 2.
• Ability to explain technical automation requirements to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or relevant cloud/automation credentials from AWS, Azure, GCP, or Workato.
• Familiarity with AIUC-1.

Practical notes

• Salary: $88,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
