About the role
This position involves managing the full project lifecycle for federal clients, ensuring they realize value from Collibra products. You will guide agencies through data maturity journeys while serving as a primary technical advisor and customer advocate.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Direct federal client engagements using established delivery models and methodologies.
- Ensure all services meet government security and regulatory requirements, such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and GovCloud.
- Design data governance strategies that facilitate knowledge transfer and achieve specific mission outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align with federal acquisition cycles.
- Identify growth opportunities within agencies by matching product capabilities to modernization mandates.
- Meet utilization targets while contributing to the expansion of the public sector services business.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of consulting experience within U.S. federal agencies focused on data management, quality, or governance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with cloud platforms, REST/JSON API integration, and deployment automation.
- Proficiency in Linux CLI and enterprise security solutions like Kerberos or LDAP.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and big data tools including Spark and Hadoop.
- Knowledge of at least two or three of the following: data cataloging, master data management, data stewardship, business rules management, or data governance processes.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data integration.
- Ability to develop technical and functional specifications.
- Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the U.S. with an active Secret, TS, or TS-SCI security clearance.
- Ability to work on-site in Fayetteville, NC, five days per week.

- Prior experience working with Collibra or similar software technologies.

Practical notes
- This role is not eligible for commission-based compensation.
- Total rewards include bonus potential, equity, a monthly Flex Fund stipend, and 401k/pension plans.
- Candidates must be able to commute daily to the Fayetteville facility.
