About the role
You will oversee the entire lifecycle of customer service engagements, ensuring successful product adoption and long-term value. This position requires coordinating across various internal departments and client stakeholders to drive project delivery and support company growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the installation, configuration, and initial operation of Collibra technology for clients.
- Create engagement plans and provide status updates regarding progress, risks, and project issues to internal and external partners.
- Ensure all service delivery adheres to established company methodologies and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Professional Services Architects to meet project goals.
- Define customer-specific operating models to support technical and production go-live milestones.
- Lead recurring review meetings with clients and internal staff while facilitating workshops to achieve revenue objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while meeting budget and quality standards.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to business and IT stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or related field.
- Mandatory proficiency in English.
- Proven experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot to improve workflows or solve business problems.
- Must be eligible to work in London.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German or Dutch.
- Familiarity with data governance or data management technologies.

Practical notes
