Collibra is seeking a leader to direct our global talent acquisition function as we navigate the intersection of data governance and AI. This role requires a forward-thinking approach to integrating AI into the recruiting lifecycle while scaling our hiring operations. You will manage our talent strategy to support our growth as a category leader in enterprise technology.

What you'll do
- Define and execute a global hiring strategy aligned with our business growth objectives.
- Overhaul recruiting operations by integrating automation and AI to enhance sourcing, screening, and recruiter output.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business plans into effective hiring pipelines.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing recruiting team to act as strategic partners to the business.
- Establish reporting rhythms and market intelligence to track pipeline health and hiring performance.
- Improve candidate quality, hiring velocity, and the overall applicant experience.
- Work with Employer Brand and hiring managers to strengthen our market position.
- Govern recruiting technology and AI tools, balancing innovation with risk management.
- Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives into every stage of the hiring process.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech companies.
- Proven success hiring for both technical and go-to-market organizations.
- Experience transforming recruiting operating models or building new talent strategies.
- Practical experience using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges or improve workflows.
- Experience building AI fluency assessments into recruitment processes.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decisions using data and market insights.

Practical notes
- This role is based in our New York or Raleigh offices.
- The hybrid model requires at least two days in the office per week, though business needs may require four to five days on-site.
- Base salary range is $184,000 to $210,000 per year.
- This position is not eligible for commission or visa sponsorship.
- Total rewards include bonus potential, equity, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, and 401k plans.
- Success is measured by meeting hiring managers within two weeks, presenting a new operating model within one month, making a hire within 60 days, and embedding AI fluency assessments within 90 days.
