Senior Director, IT Systems at Collibra.
About the role
Collibra is seeking a hands-on technical leader to define and execute our internal IT strategy. You will manage infrastructure, automation, and support teams while personally driving our AI-first operational roadmap. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and requires a leader who builds, tests, and deploys AI-powered workflows to improve business velocity.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Direct the IT roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and AI-readiness across global operations.
- Lead and mentor teams focused on infrastructure, enterprise applications, and IT support.
- Collaborate with the AI Committee to build and implement an internal AI framework.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and automate workflows that increase operational efficiency.
- Manage identity and access systems, endpoint management, and cloud environments.
- Define and track KPIs related to system uptime, ticket resolution, and infrastructure performance.
- Work with Security, Legal, and GRC teams to maintain compliance and data privacy standards.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and IT budget planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven ability to build and ship AI-powered workflows personally.
- Experience presenting multi-year IT strategies to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in enterprise platforms including Okta, AWS, GCP, Azure, Atlassian, and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Background in managing IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
