About the role
Collibra Public Sector LLC is seeking a foundational leader to manage security operations for our FOCI-mitigated subsidiary. You will serve as the primary advisor to the Government Security Committee and the main point of contact for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. This role requires an expert capable of maintaining strict compliance with Proxy Agreements and Affiliated Operations Plans while operating with high levels of independence.

What you'll do
- Execute and mature policies under the National Industrial Security Program.
- Manage FOCI mitigation instruments, including visit controls and technology control plans.
- Oversee end-to-end personnel security clearance processing via DISS and JPAS.
- Lead the Insider Threat Program and manage security education for all staff.
- Coordinate with legal counsel on export control matters regarding ITAR and EAR.
- Conduct self-inspections and prepare the organization for DCSA audits.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Facility Security Officer or in a similar industrial security role within a cleared defense contractor.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
- Deep expertise in NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and Risk Management Framework.
- Proven experience managing FOCI mitigation instruments, specifically Proxy Agreements.
- Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with JPAS, DISS, and eQIP/SF-86 systems.
Nice to have
- Industrial Security Professional (ISP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing COMSEC accounts.
- Background working in a multi-facility environment.

- Export control compliance (ITAR/EAR).

Practical notes
This position is not eligible for commission-based pay. The total rewards package includes bonus potential, equity, a monthly Flex Fund stipend, and 401k/pension plans. Applicants must be able to maintain the required security clearance level.
