About the role
Drive Collibra's expansion within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector by cultivating relationships with major clients and prospects. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their data intelligence journey and promoting the adoption of Collibra's solutions.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Identify and develop new enterprise accounts within your assigned Healthcare and Life Sciences territory, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Cultivate demand and expand the use of Collibra's offerings within existing customer bases.
- Guide complex sales processes from initial contact through negotiation and closing, involving multiple stakeholders.
- Partner with clients, external organizations, and internal teams to demonstrate the value and return on investment of Collibra's solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update Salesforce records diligently.
Requirements
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding net new SaaS sales quotas.
- Prior experience in Data Management and the Healthcare Life Sciences industry is essential.
- Proven ability to initiate and manage intricate direct sales cycles with diverse business and technical contacts.
- Experience selling new business to C-level executives within large enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales approaches, focusing on tangible business outcomes.
- A minimum of 2-4 years in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and a clear history of achievements.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Practical notes

- Compensation includes a base salary between $140,000 and $175,000 annually, plus commission.
