About the role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Test to focus on our AI Agentic Systems. You will build testing frameworks and strategies to ensure the reliability of our automated health intelligence tools.

• Design and implement automated testing solutions for complex AI agent workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate quality checks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and functional gaps within our agentic architecture.
• Maintain high standards for system stability and data accuracy in health-related applications.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software testing or quality engineering for complex backend systems.
• Demonstrated ability to write and maintain automated test suites.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and quality assurance methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site in either our Lehi or Plano offices.
