This position involves overseeing the product strategy and execution for our core Third Party Administrator claims processing engine. You will guide a team focused on building scalable infrastructure to modernize how health claims are handled.

What you'll do
- Direct the product roadmap for the claims processing platform to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to automate complex workflows within the TPA environment.
- Translate regulatory requirements and business needs into technical specifications for the backend systems.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure the claims engine meets internal service level agreements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in product management, specifically within health insurance, claims processing, or TPA operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex backend platforms or data-heavy infrastructure products.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
