About the role
Collective Health is looking for individuals to join our support team in Lehi to assist members with their health benefit inquiries. You will act as the primary point of contact for users navigating our platform and insurance services.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Respond to member questions regarding their health benefits and coverage
- Help users understand and navigate the Collective Health platform
- Resolve issues related to member accounts and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and support requests
Requirements
- Ability to work on-site in Lehi, UT
- Commitment to a 6-month contract duration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role
