About the role
Collective Health is looking for a bilingual Spanish speaker to join our team in Plano for a 6-month contract. You will act as a primary point of contact for members, helping them navigate their health benefits and resolving inquiries regarding their coverage.

- Manage member communications in both English and Spanish.

Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract duration.
- Must be able to work on-site in Plano, TX.
