What you'll do

Develop complete user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud infrastructure.

Evaluate, choose, and integrate external tools and services to expand platform capabilities.

Collaborate with product, design, security, data, and other engineering teams to solve complex challenges.

Make technical architecture decisions and build scalable, high-volume services using event-driven and distributed system designs.

Guide other engineers on design principles, coding standards, testing methods, and deployment procedures.

Requirements

At least 4 years of professional experience building large-scale systems with Golang, React, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Proven ability to integrate third-party vendor APIs and SaaS platforms into live systems.

Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts like rate limiting, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar message queues.

Practical experience with tools for monitoring, logging, tracing, and debugging in production environments.

Familiarity with gRPC, GraphQL, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ETL processes.

Experience using generative AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight for business-ready outcomes and measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily work, adapt to evolving tools, and apply human-in-the-loop practices.

Practical notes

Annual base salary range: R$341.240 - R$359.200 BRL. Total compensation may include equity and bonus.

Candidates can submit a maximum of 3 applications every 6 months.
