Location and Engagement

This is a remote-first role based in the USA. The position is full-time. The expected base salary range is $130,000 to $170,000 USD, with equity and bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) participation.

Primary Responsibilities

You will architect and implement user interfaces that make streaming trade advice feel immediate and trustworthy for a global audience. This involves crafting responsive React Native and web interfaces where sub-second responsiveness and visual clarity are mandatory compliance standards. You will own the end-to-end frontend architecture for the Advisor product, focusing on streaming state management and real-time market data visualization. You will design intuitive agentic chat flows that guide users through complex trading decisions with confidence and clarity. When user experience demands it, you will extend backend capabilities using Go and integrate with LLM services such as LLM Gateway and Google Gemini. You will shape conversation quality through systematic evaluations, treating system prompts as integral product surfaces that require product thinking.

You will partner closely with design, product, engineering, and our registered investment adviser to ship features within strict regulatory guardrails. A core part of your contribution will involve validating agentic behaviors through rigorous testing to ensure accuracy, safety, and performance. You will drive the implementation of features from initial concept to production launch with minimal oversight. You will utilize generative AI responsibly, maintaining necessary human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs. You will explore emerging interaction patterns that help users understand, question, and control automated trading suggestions. You will contribute to a culture of quality by building robust testing strategies and performance benchmarks for the frontend layer.

Requirements

You bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale, with expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React. You have previously owned frontend architecture, including state management, API integration patterns, and performance optimizations that measurably improved latency or reliability. You have direct experience building with LLMs in production environments, utilizing agentic patterns, tool calling, and streaming responses. You drive complex projects from initial concept to production launch with minimal oversight, making informed decisions on both product strategy and technical implementation. You are fluent in Go and possess a fundamental understanding of cryptocurrency, trading, or financial products, enabling you to contribute effectively across the full stack. You utilize generative AI responsibly, maintaining necessary human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and achieve measurable workflow improvements. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve based on regulatory feedback and user needs. You communicate clearly and constructively with cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, and compliance officers.

Experience contributing to open source projects or public repositories that demonstrate production-grade frontend work is valued. Familiarity with regulated financial environments and compliance-aware product development methodologies is a significant advantage.
