Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, Base

About the role

You will lead the enterprise and B2B marketing strategy for Base, specifically targeting financial markets. This role focuses on positioning Base as the primary infrastructure for institutional trading, lending, and tokenization.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the go-to-market roadmap for Base financial markets, covering messaging, segmentation, and launch strategy.
• Create a proof engine by producing case studies, sales collateral, solution briefs, and video content for institutional audiences.
• Manage product launches by coordinating with Product, Business Development, Developer Relations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence to influence the product roadmap based on enterprise customer needs.
• Establish and track performance metrics including pipeline influence, adoption rates, and launch success.
• Establish the operational model for the enterprise marketing function and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, preferably within the crypto or financial sectors.
• Proven history of managing end-to-end product launches for technical financial products that resulted in measurable revenue or adoption.
• Deep understanding of onchain lending, trading, and tokenization mechanics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects in early-stage environments, moving from high-level strategy to hands-on execution.
• Experience marketing to financial institutions within regulated frameworks such as AML/CFT or MiCA.
• Responsible use of generative AI to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.

Practical notes

• Annual base salary range: $170,765 - $200,900 USD.
• Total compensation includes equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
• Coinbase is a remote-first company that requires quarterly in-person working sessions known as surges.
