Applied AI Transformation Manager

About the role

Cognition is an applied AI lab focused on developing end-to-end software agents, including our flagship product, Devin. We are seeking a strategic operator to guide our enterprise clients through the implementation of agentic AI. You will act as a technical advisor to senior leadership, designing delivery models and ensuring measurable financial impact for our strategic accounts.

What you'll do

• Partner with client leadership to define, measure, and report on productivity and financial value targets.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery and operational success in collaboration with the Cognition account team.
• Track and communicate playbook adoption, consumption data, and value metrics to stakeholders.
• Cultivate long-term client trust through consistent delivery and relationship management.
• Lead the rollout and onboarding process for thousands of engineers.
• Utilize technical program management expertise to assist client teams with value tracking.
• Establish and support internal centers of excellence within client organizations through customized enablement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional experience as a software engineer or through a software engineering internship.
• 3 to 5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, specifically in technology strategy and value realization.
• Proven history of developing and scaling client relationships.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• High capacity for rapid learning and professional growth.

Nice to have

• 2 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
• Background in managing complex enterprise accounts and driving account growth.
• Previous experience in software engineering, technical account management, or similar technical functions.
• Experience as a startup founder or as an early employee at a high-growth company.
• A competitive, ambitious mindset suited for high-intensity work environments.
