About the role
We are seeking multiple recruiters to join our growing team. You will be a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, representing Coefficient Giving. This role involves maintaining and improving recruiting systems and contributing to strategic projects, with a focus on either pipeline development or round management.
Key facts
What you'll do
- If focusing on pipeline development: Lead sourcing efforts, engage promising candidates, promote job openings, build and manage referral networks, represent the organization at conferences, track lead and pipeline data, and collaborate on employer branding.
- If focusing on round management: Manage hiring projects from start to finish, including defining evaluation steps, planning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, advising hiring managers, and maintaining backend systems.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as hiring forecasts, evaluation process updates, and data analysis dashboards.
- Potentially specialize in senior headhunting, recruiting management, or recruiting operations based on experience.
Requirements
- For pipeline development: Relevant experience in recruiting, partnerships, or community building is expected.
- For round management: At least three years of operations experience managing fast-paced processes.
- For senior headhunting: Experience in executive search or working with senior talent.
- For recruiting management: Prior experience in recruitment and people management.
- For recruiting operations: Experience in a recruiting operations role or in-depth work with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong project management skills, including organization and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to build trust and manage relationships with candidates and partners.
- Capacity to prioritize aggressively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to assess talent against complex role requirements and understand organizational needs across diverse cause areas.
- Aptitude for optimizing complex workflows for clarity and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Coefficient Giving's mission and cause areas, such as biosecurity, transformative AI, abundance and growth, or effective giving.

Practical notes
- We cannot sponsor visas for this role.
- Remote hires outside the US must consistently overlap with US business hours for 5-6 hours daily.
