Key facts
What you'll do
Manage hiring projects from initial planning through to final offer, coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
Evaluate candidates through application reviews, interviews, and assessment design.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
Build and nurture relationships with external partners and internal referral networks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment systems and processes.
Represent Coefficient Giving at industry events and online platforms to enhance our employer brand.
Requirements
For pipeline development focus: Experience in recruiting, partnerships, or community building within relevant fields is beneficial, though direct sourcing leadership is not mandatory.
For round management focus: A minimum of three years in operations roles with a proven track record of managing fast-paced processes.
For senior headhunting specialization: Experience in executive search or working with senior-level talent is highly valued.
For recruiting management specialization: Prior experience in recruitment and people management is expected.
For recruiting operations specialization: Demonstrated experience in a recruiting operations capacity or extensive work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
A strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and communicating effectively with candidates and internal teams.
A proactive approach to work, with the capacity to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
The ability to understand organizational needs and align talent acquisition with strategic goals.
A knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Coefficient Giving's cause areas, such as biosecurity, AI safety, abundance and growth, or effective giving.
Skills & tools
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, particularly Ashby, is a plus.
Practical notes
We are unable to sponsor visas for this position. However, we welcome applications from candidates outside the U.S. who can consistently overlap with U.S. business hours for at least 5-6 hours daily.
The baseline compensation is $130,525.00, comprised of a $113,500.00 base salary and a $17,025.00 unconditional 401(k) grant for U.S. hires.
For candidates with exceptional qualifications for specialized roles, compensation can be up to $155,825.00, including a $135,500.00 base salary and a $20,325.00 unconditional 401(k) grant for U.S. hires.
Compensation figures are based on a remote work arrangement. Geographic adjustments may apply for those working from our San Francisco or Washington D.C. offices (at least two days per week) or our New York coworking hub (at least one day per week).
For hires outside the U.S., all compensation will be provided as take-home salary.
