What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand the hiring needs across various departments and assist in developing job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
• multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company culture.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, motivations, and fit for the organization.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback to ensure accurate records.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to enhance the company's visibility and attract diverse talent pools.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Codimitepvt and engage with potential candidates in person.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process and addressing any inquiries promptly.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to start their journey at Codimitepvt.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
• A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using technology for communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or experience in a recruitment or HR-related role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
