Codes Health is developing a digital infrastructure to streamline how legal teams and healthcare providers manage medical record collection. We are looking for an operations expert to oversee our retrieval workflows and help us refine the automation tools that power our service.

What you'll do

• Handle the full lifecycle of medical record requests for designated clients and healthcare facilities.
• Create and refine standardized operational procedures for interacting with large hospital systems, billing departments, and provider networks.
• Verify that all affidavits, release of information forms, and billing documents meet strict compliance and accuracy standards to prevent the need for corrections.
• Identify bottlenecks in the current retrieval process and work alongside our product and engineering staff to implement automated solutions.
• Share effective strategies with your colleagues to improve overall team performance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Extensive professional background in the legal medical record retrieval industry.
• Deep understanding of how to navigate various healthcare provider systems and document requirements.
• Ability to manage high-volume request queues while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills for frequent phone follow-ups with provider offices to ensure timely delivery.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on long-term process improvement.
