What you'll do
- Develop and implement scalable enablement programs for ongoing learning, new hire integration, and field readiness across all go-to-market roles.
- Refine a structured onboarding program that covers product details, competitive positioning, lead generation, and discovery techniques.
- Guide new sales cohorts through a defined ramp-up schedule, including milestones, certifications, and readiness evaluations.
- Create role-specific learning paths, certification processes, and competency frameworks to standardize the revenue organization.
- Design and deliver engaging certification programs, such as product training, sales process workshops, advanced sales skills, and tool usage, using various delivery methods.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness using key performance indicators, readiness milestones, and 30/60/90-day success metrics.
- Establish a continuous learning curriculum to keep experienced representatives current on new product releases, market shifts, and feature updates.
- Gather insights from frontline teams to identify gaps in messaging, skills, or processes, and translate them into scalable programs for measurable improvement.
- Maintain the enablement content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, searchable, and organized by role, sales stage, and use case.
- Coordinate quarterly onboarding schedules, bootcamps, and weekly enablement calendars for the entire GTM organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a similar go-to-market function.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enablement programs that led to measurable improvements in GTM outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle SaaS sales processes.
- Practical knowledge of a modern sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger).
- Strong program design and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and facilitating training.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Slack, Claude, Nooks, Sumble.
- Ability to analyze data and construct business cases for enablement investments.
- A proactive, "builder's" approach, comfortable creating structure in undefined environments.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating sales playbooks, battle cards, one-pagers, and demo scripts.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup, building from scratch and iterating quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed company (Series A through growth stage) where foundational enablement programs were built during rapid team expansion.
- Background in developer tools, code review, DevOps, or a technical product category targeting developers or engineering teams.
- Experience designing and managing certification programs with structured assessments and competency tracking.
- Prior experience working within or closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Instructional design training or experience applying adult learning principles to corporate training.
- Experience in AI or SaaS environments, understanding rapid shifts in messaging, product, and competitive context.
