Emerging Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

CodeRabbit builds AI-driven code review systems that improve software development productivity through human-machine collaboration. We are looking for founding members of our Emerging Enterprise sales team to manage the full deal lifecycle within technical markets.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting and qualification to running Proofs of Value and closing contracts.
• Generate outbound pipeline specifically targeting mid-enterprise accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations that communicate value to both business and engineering stakeholders.
• Expand the usage of our platform across various teams after the initial sale.
• Create business value assessments to demonstrate ROI for our customers.
• Maintain deep expertise in our product and the broader software development ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success departments to improve our go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role, ideally within a technical SaaS company.
• Demonstrated success in building outbound pipelines and closing deals valued at six figures.
• Experience selling directly to engineering leadership, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps heads.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals using a value-based sales approach.
• High level of technical curiosity and the ability to master complex products rapidly.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Background in Product Led Growth (PLG) organizations.
• Familiarity with the open source landscape, developer tools, and artificial intelligence.
