Cockroach Labs is seeking a strategic leader to oversee our growth marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition for CockroachDB. You will shape the strategy that expands our market presence and connects our database solutions with technical users and enterprise organizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership capacity within the software or database industry.
• Ability to work from the New York office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
• Demonstrated success in managing growth marketing budgets and high-impact campaigns.

Practical notes

Cockroach Labs maintains an office-first culture. Employees are expected to be in the office three days per week.
