What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineering peers in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
• Engage in flexible work arrangements during the remainder of the week.
• Participate in team-based problem solving to maintain and improve CockroachDB.

Requirements

• Ability to work from the New York office on the designated three-day weekly schedule.
• Commitment to an office-first collaborative model.

Practical notes

• This role requires physical presence in the office three days per week.
• Remote designations are generally restricted to specific Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Exceptions to the office-first policy are rare and subject to executive team discretion for niche or expert positions.
• Privacy policies for residents of California, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area may apply.
