About the role
Cloudflare is seeking a technical expert to embed directly within the engineering teams of our most strategic global clients. You will write production code, influence architectural decisions, and act as a bridge between the client and our internal product teams to solve complex infrastructure challenges.

What you'll do
- Serve as a long-term technical partner, integrating into the daily workflows, standups, and incident responses of a strategic customer.
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations on the Cloudflare platform.
- Act as the primary technical contact, guiding the account strategy and directing other internal technical resources.
- Identify and implement opportunities to expand the customer's use of Cloudflare services.
- Provide direct feedback to Cloudflare product and engineering teams to help shape the developer platform roadmap.
- Maintain high-level technical relationships with client leadership, including VPs and Staff+ engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
- Proficiency in GoLang, Rust, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience owning mission-critical services, including on-call rotations and incident management.
- Deep understanding of full-stack architecture, from database optimization to distributed infrastructure.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to use AI-augmented development tools like Windsurf or OpenCode.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in zero-to-one environments.
- Ability to pass U.S. export control requirements.
Nice to have
- Prior experience building on the Cloudflare Developer Platform or Cloudflare Workers.
- Background in a fast-paced startup or a customer-facing engineering role.
- Active public profile, such as open-source contributions, technical blogging, or conference speaking.
