About the role

Cloudflare is seeking a technical expert to manage the full lifecycle of our enterprise customer relationships. You will act as a quota-carrying advisor, using AI-driven workflows to handle administrative tasks while focusing on high-level architectural design and business growth.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to perform technical discovery, create custom architectures, and lead product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.
• Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, implementation, and long-term technical health.
• Monitor telemetry and health metrics to identify risks, drive platform adoption, and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate return on investment to C-suite stakeholders.
• Utilize AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine work such as security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Deep technical knowledge of web security, networking, including DNS, routing, and DDoS mitigation, as well as cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned position, with a clear understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the Cloudflare developer ecosystem, specifically Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, or prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages for API integration and edge computing tasks.
