About the role
This internship focuses on scaling customer marketing programs and storytelling within a high-growth SaaS environment. You will work alongside the global strategy team to support advocacy initiatives and engage with enterprise-level clients across various sectors.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage and track customer reference requests using internal marketing tools.
- Fulfill 1:1 and RFP reference requests while coordinating with account teams.
- Support stakeholder needs across PR, product, events, and analyst relations.
- Qualify incoming nominations and maintain a pipeline of strategic customer relationships.
- Create and promote high-quality customer success stories.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of customer advisory boards and councils.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting and newsletters.
- Research and write case studies and interview content.
- Identify process efficiencies by applying AI tools to daily tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office 3-5 days per week during the fall term.
- Portfolio demonstrating writing ability across various formats like essays, articles, or blog posts.
- Strong project management, research, and attention to detail.
- Clear, concise communication skills tailored for digital audiences.
- Proactive mindset toward learning and problem-solving.
