Cloudflare is looking for a technical expert to manage the full lifecycle of our enterprise customer relationships. You will act as a primary advisor, guiding clients from initial discovery through long-term expansion while using AI-driven tools to handle administrative tasks.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build custom architectures, and perform product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.
• Oversee technical onboarding and implementation, serving as the main point of contact for customer health and risk management.
• Manage a variable quota focused on new business acquisition, revenue retention, and account growth.
• Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews to connect platform capabilities to business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
• Utilize AI agents to automate routine workflows like security questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Deep technical knowledge in web security, networking, DNS, DDoS mitigation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in revenue-aligned or quota-carrying environments with an understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite executives.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the Cloudflare developer ecosystem, specifically Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, or prompt engineering.
• Coding proficiency in JavaScript or Python for building API connectors and integration scripts.

• Compensation: Estimated annual salary range of $234,000 to $292,000 for New York-based hires, including on-target incentive compensation.
