About the role

You will serve as a primary technical advisor for major enterprise accounts, managing the full lifecycle from initial discovery to long-term expansion. This position functions as a quota-carrying role within the go-to-market team, where you will use AI-driven workflows to handle administrative tasks and focus on high-impact architectural design.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Account Executives on technical discovery, custom architecture design, and product demonstrations for security, networking, and developer platforms.
• Oversee technical onboarding and implementation, acting as the main point of contact for engineering and executive stakeholders.
• Manage customer health scores and telemetry data to identify integration issues and drive platform adoption.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth, including leading technical Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Utilize AI agents to automate routine processes like sandbox provisioning, RFP responses, and security questionnaires.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Deep technical knowledge in web security, cloud infrastructure, DNS, routing, and DDoS mitigation.
• Demonstrated success in a revenue-aligned or quota-carrying environment with an understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the Cloudflare AI ecosystem, including Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, or prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages for API integration and edge computing.
