VP of Field Sales - EMEA

About the role

ClickUp is seeking a regional leader to transform our existing product-led growth install base into a high-performing sales-led revenue engine. You will serve as the primary executive for EMEA, overseeing direct sales across commercial and enterprise segments while shaping our regional go-to-market strategy.

What you'll do

• Convert existing product-led adoption into scaled sales-led revenue.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies covering platform, solution, expansion, and renewal motions.
• Create account maturity models to align top accounts with the most effective team members.
• Engage directly in strategic, executive-level deals to influence regional growth.
• Act as the senior representative for ClickUp in the EMEA region for partners, customers, and staff.
• Foster a high-speed, ownership-driven culture through direct communication.
• Travel 40-50% across EMEA markets, including the Middle East.

Requirements

• Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS business unit from early or mid-stage through significant growth.
• Experience managing multi-motion sales models within a single organization.
• Background building and managing full-cycle sales teams of 50+ members across multiple countries.
• Direct experience working in environments where product-led and sales-led motions operate simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into sales operations, including forecasting, coaching, and deal inspection.
• History of leading complex enterprise deals at the C-suite level.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment.

• Ability to operate with startup-level speed and detail-oriented management.
