About the role
ClickUp is an AI-native organization focused on creating a unified workspace for tasks, documents, and communication. We are looking for a video professional to manage our production pipeline by integrating AI generation with traditional editing techniques to support our growth initiatives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage video production from initial concept to final delivery, including AI generation, compositing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and color correction.
- Develop narrative-driven content by writing scripts and storyboards that utilize effective pacing and structure.
- Produce a high volume of short-form and long-form assets for social, product marketing, and brand teams with rapid turnaround times.
- Create and document standardized AI video workflows to improve production speed across the department.
- Test and implement new AI video models shortly after their release to maintain our production standards.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and production.
- A portfolio that features AI-generated video content demonstrating high visual quality.
- Expert-level prompt engineering skills for controlling camera movement, lighting, style, and continuity.
- Daily proficiency with AI video generation tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Seedance, and Pika.
- Advanced skills in at least one non-linear editing system like Premiere, DaVinci, or Final Cut.
