Click Therapeutics, Inc. is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This position focuses on developing mobile applications within the Digital Therapeutics (DTx) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to enhancing development processes through innovative solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver high-quality mobile applications in the DTx environment, ensuring efficient feedback loops and rapid development cycles.
• Take charge of the architecture and technical direction for systems built on React Native and Node.js, overseeing the entire process from planning to production.
• Create and enhance AI-driven engineering workflows, establishing standards for AI integration in the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor fellow engineers to improve technical skills, promote excellence, and cultivate a collaborative team culture.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to outline technical roadmaps, translating product needs into actionable technical tasks.
• Address and resolve intricate production challenges that affect mobile applications, backend systems, and infrastructure.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment practices to ensure swift and reliable delivery of services.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a history of deploying production-quality applications at scale.
• Proficient in the React Native and TypeScript ecosystem, along with solid backend development skills in Node.js.
• Experienced in designing and managing cloud-native solutions on AWS, including Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tools like Datadog.
• Proven ability to architect multi-agent AI workflows, demonstrating expertise in managing complex development processes with both autonomous and human elements.
• Strong architectural judgment, capable of making significant technical decisions and articulating trade-offs effectively.
• Experience in mentoring and enhancing the capabilities of engineering teams through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in uncertain situations, identifying and solving complex problems from start to finish.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $172,200 to $224,300, based on experience, skills, and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics provides an annual performance-based cash bonus and an equity package.
