You will own a portfolio of employer partners and act as their primary strategic advisor within the Clasp ecosystem. This role requires you to go beyond traditional success management by immersing yourself in the granular details of Clasp's creative output and performance metrics. You will ask probing questions about partner goals, multi-year hiring strategies, and industry shifts to uncover and drive expansion opportunities. Your daily work will involve delivering high-energy, compelling partner engagements that use storytelling, visuals, and real impact examples to make partners excited about our innovative approach to workforce development. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, Marketing, and Talent Fulfillment to ensure Clasp's creativity shines through and partners see measurable, tangible impact from their investment. This position is ideal for someone who is excited to use education and technology to solve systemic problems in workforce development while building a long-term growth story with each partner. - Maintain fluency in the details of Clasp's creative output, talent fulfillment roadmap, and performance metrics so you can credibly advise partners and speak knowledgeably about the full scope of our offerings.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and alignment by partnering closely with sales and implementation teams to streamline launches, ensuring clarity and consistency from pre-sale discussions through steady-state operations.
- Lead technical problem-solving and enablement by guiding partners through onboarding, scoping complex requirements, and translating them into actionable builds while delivering training and change management support to ensure strong adoption.
- Monitor and optimize partner performance by analyzing metrics and feedback to identify risks and opportunities, balancing responsive day-to-day support with long-term strategic planning to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to present materials with authority and context, ensuring partners fully understand and appreciate the depth and value of Clasp's integrated work across product, marketing, and talent fulfillment.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert by offering training, insights, and best practices that maximize the value partners derive from Clasp's services and education benefits.
- Conduct high-impact business reviews and regular touch points to deepen partner satisfaction, uncover new use cases, and expand Clasp's footprint within existing customer organizations.
- Translate complex program data into clear narratives that demonstrate ROI, helping partners connect day-to-day activities to broader workforce development and business outcomes.
- Proactively identify gaps in the partner journey and design interventions that improve adoption, retention, and long-term loyalty among employer customers.
- Represent Clasp in external forums and internal discussions, synthesizing partner feedback to influence product direction and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR, talent acquisition, and finance to ensure alignment and shared success.
- Document playbooks and success frameworks that codify best practices and enable scalable partner engagement as the portfolio grows.
- Balance autonomy with cross-team collaboration to ensure partner needs are met while advancing overarching company objectives around retention, expansion, and brand advocacy.
- Drive initiatives that highlight the economic mobility impact of Clasp's platform, reinforcing the mission-driven nature of the work and the long-term value for employers and workers.
Requirements
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and have at least five years of progressively responsible experience in account management, customer success, management consulting, or other client or customer-facing roles.
- You have a proven track record of solving complex problems and analyzing intricate situations to identify partner challenges, risks, and opportunities, then designing effective, actionable solutions.
- You demonstrate strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to foster trust, understanding, and alignment across diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term goals with immediate partner and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring a collaborative mindset and experience working across multiple departments to build cohesive strategies and implement cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable results.
