About the role

Clark Nuber PS is seeking a technical lead to manage and modernize our hybrid cloud environment. You will serve as a primary expert for our IT operations, balancing daily system maintenance with the execution of infrastructure projects.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Monitor and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure, networks, and server systems.
• Manage system updates and repairs, including off-hours maintenance when required.
• Lead the research, procurement, and implementation of new hardware and software solutions.
• Build and configure physical and virtual servers.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for applications and end-user systems.
• Investigate security alerts and contribute to infrastructure security.
• Assist with IT budgeting, equipment lifecycle management, and project planning.
• Maintain operational documentation and support other IT staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in information technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in systems, network infrastructure, and IT project management.
• CompTIA Server+ and Network+ certifications.
• Ability to pass a background check and credit check.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
