Vice President, User Experience & Design

About the role

This leadership position will guide the vision and execution of user experience and design across the Clari + Salesloft product suite. You will be instrumental in shaping how revenue teams interact with our technology, ensuring intuitive and impactful solutions.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Define and champion the overall user experience strategy and design principles for the combined Clari and Salesloft platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, researchers, and product designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring user-centered design practices are integrated throughout.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to translate business objectives into exceptional user experiences.
• Drive innovation in user interface design, interaction design, and user research methodologies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in user experience and design leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design teams and delivering complex, user-centered products at scale.
• Expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with products focused on revenue operations or sales technology.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
