Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end product strategy for agentic experiences that define how AI acts on behalf of sellers in the field. You will set the direction and sequence the roadmap for AI agents in a fast-moving problem space with limited precedent. You will design agentic experiences that are transparent, controllable, and trustworthy, embedding the right guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. You will lead through influence across engineering, design, and data science without direct reporting authority. You will pressure-test your approach using peer and cross-functional review to validate methods and metrics. You will exercise deep product judgment to select frameworks and success metrics for work that has not yet had an established playbook. You will help define what the future of agentic selling looks like for a Predictive Revenue System used by thousands of customers.
