What you'll do

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Assist with tax filings and reporting requirements relevant to the region.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll data and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing payroll operations in a professional setting.
• Deep understanding of local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in Mexico.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Proficiency in payroll software and spreadsheet applications for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
