Engineering Manager

About the role

You will lead engineering efforts to build the world first Predictive Revenue System by merging human expertise with Revenue AI. This role involves guiding a global team to develop solutions that help organizations manage their revenue workflows from initial prospect contact through to renewal.

What you'll do

• Direct engineering teams in the development of the Revenue Orchestration Platform and its associated AI agents.
• Oversee the technical execution of features including Cadence, Conversation Intelligence, Deals, and Forecast.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver software that improves pipeline creation, opportunity management, and customer growth.
• Ensure the platform maintains high standards for data security and performance for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering management, specifically leading teams in the development of complex software platforms.
• Ability to work within a global organizational structure and coordinate across multiple time zones.
• Understanding of revenue operations, sales technology, or similar enterprise software domains.
• Commitment to building scalable, AI-driven products that support large-scale business processes.
