What you'll do

• Guide a portfolio of clients through adoption, expansion, and renewal of the Clari + Salesloft platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business objectives and aligning them with platform capabilities.
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure a positive client experience.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address any potential risks to retention or growth.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role within the SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and effectively.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Clari or Salesloft platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales technology.
