This intermediate role focuses on building product strategies and execution plans within the Citi Investment Management team. You will drive product promotion, market expansion, and competitive positioning to grow market share.

What you'll do

• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial client acquisition to ongoing engagement and portfolio optimization.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer data to refine growth and experience strategies.
• Oversee product development cycles, including market demand assessment and technology integration.
• Execute marketing functions such as pricing, platform development, and product launches.
• Monitor financial performance to identify business gaps and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technology departments on vendor procurement and process design.
• Manage budgeting and planning for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all business decisions comply with firm policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Series 7 license.
• Background in leading cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Experience across marketing, product development, analytics, and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to use data analytics and management information to drive innovation.
• Knowledge of investment processes and financial products across various asset classes.
• Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment.
