Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the full product lifecycle from initial client acquisition to ongoing engagement and portfolio optimization.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer data to refine growth and experience strategies.
- Oversee product development cycles, including market demand assessment and technology integration.
- Execute marketing functions such as pricing, platform development, and product launches.
- Monitor financial performance to identify business gaps and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations and Technology departments on vendor procurement and process design.
- Manage budgeting and planning for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure all business decisions comply with firm policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Active Series 7 license.
- Background in leading cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
- Experience across marketing, product development, analytics, and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to use data analytics and management information to drive innovation.
- Knowledge of investment processes and financial products across various asset classes.
- Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment.
