Security Engineer I (Full-Time)

Join the Security and Trust Organization to help build and maintain secure software delivery systems. You will work alongside experienced professionals to integrate automated security measures into CI/CD pipelines while focusing on developer experience and risk management.

What you'll do

• Improve the reliability and scalability of CI/CD pipelines through automation.
• Integrate security controls such as SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and container security into development workflows.
• Implement AI-driven tools for vulnerability prioritization, code analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor the health and security posture of pipelines to identify areas for optimization.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to support secure development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic software development experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Practical knowledge of GitHub Actions, source control, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Foundational understanding of application security and secure software development.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps initiatives or pipeline automation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted security scanning, vulnerability management, or agentic workflows.
• Ability to interpret security scan results against established coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Salary range: $84,600 to $113,600 (varies by location; e.g., NYC Metro is $107,800 to $157,400; Non-Metro NY/WA is $94,800 to $140,000).
