[30407] Mid Level IOS Developer

About the role

Ciandt is looking for a mid-level developer to join a team managing a connected vehicle ecosystem. You will work alongside senior engineers to evolve native mobile applications and backend services currently in production.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain features for native iOS applications.
• Implement medium-complexity functionality in Java and Spring Boot APIs.
• Resolve bugs in production and staging environments by identifying root causes.
• Create unit and integration tests as a standard part of your workflow.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on existing modules to improve system quality.
• Engage in technical refinement sessions to provide estimates and feedback.
• Assist the senior team with integrations involving external partners.

Requirements

• Professional experience with native iOS development.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, specifically AWS, and container concepts.
• Proficiency with Git for collaborative workflows including pull requests and code reviews.
• Practical experience with automated unit and integration testing.
• Ability to work with legacy codebases by reading and evolving existing systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot for REST API development.
• Knowledge of GraphQL queries and mutations.
• Background in projects involving third-party integrations like ERPs or payment systems.
• Familiarity with observability tools for logs, metrics, and alerts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
• Understanding of Docker or Kubernetes for local development and staging.
• Interest in IoT, vehicle connectivity, or mobility products.
