Requirements

• Professional background as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
• Proven ability to manage agile projects of varying scales and complexity.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Advanced English communication and motivation skills.
