About the role

Ciandt is seeking a Project Manager to oversee agile squads supporting a global leader in precision machinery and automotive manufacturing. You will serve as the primary link between technical execution and client business objectives, managing a 20-year partnership while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end delivery for digital products, including supply chain platforms and label management systems.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Monitor squad performance using metrics like velocity, support efficiency, and SLA compliance.
• Act as the main liaison for client stakeholders to manage expectations, negotiate backlog priorities, and align on business strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities within the account to expand the squad's influence across global business units.
• Lead team development through performance evaluations, career planning, and fostering a culture of autonomy and safety.
• Enforce technical standards including Lean principles, CI/CD automation, and clean code practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience leading agile teams as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in enterprise software or consulting.
• Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean IT frameworks.
• Mandatory fluency in English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Background in the automotive, industrial, or global supply-chain sectors.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Japanese.
