About the role
Ciandt is looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer to support our AI-native solutions and digital transformation projects. You will join a global team of 8,000 professionals focused on building scalable infrastructure and efficient deployment workflows for enterprise clients.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Manage and scale AWS infrastructure while ensuring high availability.
- Use Infrastructure as Code to automate environment provisioning and configuration.
- Improve build, test, and deployment processes continuously.
- Monitor production environments to maintain stability and resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to optimize project delivery.
- Apply security, governance, and access control standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex issues within production systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AWS services including EC2, Lambda, Lightsail, EventBridge, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible (Playbooks and Vault), and Makefiles.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Gitea Actions, Bitrise, or TFS.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes (K8S), EKS, and Minikube.
- Experience with registries like ECR, Harbor, and Nexus.
- Observability skills using Datadog, Grafana, Loki, Promtail, and SonarQube/SonarCloud.
- Backend development familiarity with C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Database experience with SQL Server, Aurora, DynamoDB, and writing SQL queries/procedures.
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations including SOAP, REST, and SoapUI.
- Infrastructure and security skills covering Linux, Nginx, Kerberos, SSL/TLS, and Let's Encrypt.
- Version control experience with Git/Git Flow and Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and ITIL/Change Management.
- Proficiency in Visual Studio, VS Code, and Figma.
