About the role

Ciandt is looking for a technical lead to build and manage delivery routing systems that utilize NVIDIA cuOpt and Azure. You will focus on GPU-accelerated infrastructure to solve high-volume logistics problems for enterprise clients.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy routing solutions built on NVIDIA cuOpt.
• Build and maintain GPU-accelerated services inside the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Optimize GPU performance by managing compute, memory, and parallelization.
• Create resilient Azure architectures that handle large-scale optimization tasks.
• Set up monitoring, benchmarking, and capacity planning for GPU services.
• Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to move routing solutions into production.
• Fix infrastructure and scalability issues in live environments.
• Establish standards for cloud deployment, cost management, and GPU acceleration.
• Mentor team members on CUDA, high-performance computing, and Azure infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing routing optimization with NVIDIA cuOpt.
• Proficiency in GPU computing, including CUDA and performance tuning.
• Ability to architect and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience designing scalable system architectures for heavy workloads.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, including CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily professional communication.
